Ryan S. Riddell has been consistently one of the top producers in the Dayton area for the last 10 years. As a Keller Williams Realtor, he follows a successful selling system resulting in consistently selling over 50 properties a year... Offering unprecedented service, Ryan's Team is made up of a full time Office Manager, Listing Manager, Office Assistant, and 3 buyer Agents. The team's goal is to list and sell for top dollar, with the least amount of hassle, and in the shortest amount of time; while watching out for the best interest of all their clients. Amanda Leach, Marketing / Contract Coordinator, Buyers Specialist, Ext. 236

Shortly after graduating from college, Amanda joined the Riddell Realty Group in the beginning. And in less than 8 years she has proven to be the best in the business when it involves client management and closing services. She is one of the most valuable assets in the growth and level of production of this team. She manages all closing transactions with great skill and has become an expert in Top Producer Software Management Systems. Amanda is also a licensed Realtor who works closely with first time home buyers and empty-nesters. She takes great care of all customers/clients.

Sandra McNally, Listing Coordinator, Ext. 214

Sandy is one of the newest member to the Riddell Realty Group. She manages all listings and overflow within the office. She spreads the excitement through the office when our client’s needs are met. Sandy and her husband reside in West Carrollton and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She is actively involved with her church outreach ministries. She also is involved in costuming in the local high school plays.

Donna has been in the business for a short time but has always had a desire to help people in many ways. She feels much satisfaction in helping people find their new home and be at peace with it. Donna feels your home is your security and she enjoys assisting people in meeting that need in their life. She and her husband live in the country and have 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren. Her family, friends and church involvement have been the areas she has spend her time and devotion and now real estate is adding to the satisfaction she enjoys each day.

Tana is the newest addition to the Riddell Realty Group. Her extensive background in land title, mortgage closings and home staging led her to become a real estate agent. Tana understands the stress involved with selling a home and she makes it her mission to make the process as easy as possible for her clients. She lives in West Kettering with her husband Steve and daughter Alayna.
